Very, very disappointed in my new dishwasher. I have used it for about a month and it still has a funky smell. Your people had no idea why. The technician said maybe it is because of the plastic interior.

Have replaced an older model with this one, but it dies seem a bit flimsy. Looks good. How it lasts for the piece and since my old one was still going strong after 15 years and for how ever long the Previous owner had it before me.

Dishwasher has only been used once so far. It worked well. Slightly annoyed that water inlet is no longer 3/8", rather a 3/4" garden hose type connector, for which the elbow adapter did not come with the dishwasher, meaning I had to take time to find one prior to installing my new dishwasher. The adapter should come with the dishwasher, or at least a note included prior to the sale that one is needed if the prior dishwasher user a 3/8" NPT fitting.

The start button is difficult to find and push. Tried to report in first week of ownership in case the problem gets worse. Dishes get very clean and I love the 1 hour wash. More noisy than the old one but it is a not as fancy model.

For washing it works great but it takes up to 7 times to push the start to make it connect. If it wasn't for the fact it's a lot of work to install it I would return it.

After three weeks of technicians coming and not being able to get my new dishwasher working, I was sent someone directly from Frigidaire and it is finally working and it's great! I am finally happy with it. I works well and also looks very nice in my kitchen.

I have lived in my apartment for many years, and my property manager recently had my old dishwasher replaced due to it leaking water, and it could not be repaired. For the most part, the dishwasher works well, has different cycles and modes, and it sterilizes dishes well with the heated dry function. But, the upper rack hardware is ridiculously flimsy, and even when there is just a medium size load, the runner on the left side constantly pops of of the rear rollers that it is mounted on, causing the whole rack to drop down, and the inserts on both sides of the rack, that fit into the metal runners, popped out. When this kept happening, I called the appliance store that installed it. The repair guy came down and looked at it, and he then ordered new rails for both sides, along with the plastic pieces that the rack inserts into on both sides. The parts were replaced and I anticipated no further issues. But, the problem again recurred, just like it had before. The problem is that the metal runners on each side are too flimsy, so when even a medium weight is placed on the upper rack, these runners flex and pop out of the rear rollers. This has only happened on the left side of the upper rack. And it requires removing the rail caps on the rear of the metal runner, re-inserting the runner back between the rear rollers, and replacing the rear end cap is almost impossible due to the lack of space to put an arm into to replace it. Every product has issues in some way, but this situation, even when repaired by an authorized dealer, is a design flaw that is "built-in" so to speak. Extremely disappointed in the product because I have to run multiple loads due to the fact that I can only put a small number of drinking glasses and small dishes in the top rack, or it will collapse again. I don't really have any option, as the appliance has already been professionally repaired, and my property manager is not going to authorize it to be replaced, since it is almost brand new.

Basic model to replace 20 year old appliance. Fairly quiet, cleans well. Holds average amount of dishes. Guages do not show where in the cycle, i.e. wash vs rinse etc.

The dishwasher cleans my dishes very well. It does take a long time compared to my previous dishwashers. The only problem I really have is that the (3) "buttons" are very, very, VERY hard to press! I have resorted to using the pliers end of a pliers to push in the "buttons." Any hints you can give me would be helpful. I am 75 and have a mild case of arthritis, but this is definitely a design flaw. I would much prefer actual buttond rather than the "flat" button design.

The start procedure does not work very well. We have struggled to start the dishwasher every time we've used it. We are not a fan of the touch panel. There must be a better way. Each time we've resorted to the instructions, and after numerous attempts we got it to run. Once running,it does a great job,a bit of a long cycle though

I was very suprised that the Normal wash can last 1 1/4 -3 hours. I used the 1 hour wash to save water and time. In this feature, I was not able to put the Temp on High and Heat dry mode/setting. Runs very quiet. Had it for 1 week and the loading silverware basket feature on pg 7, follow instructions as putting "covers" up/down or mixing items work well.

Top rack does not have a wine stem holder, or any way to put in wine glasses. Secondly, the bottom rack doesnt hold dishes securely, they always fall when moving the rack in and out. Thirdly, the ledge that guides the bottom rack is poorly designed such that the rack will always crash into it when pushing it back in, causing all the dishes to crash around.

The only thing I can say about this dishwasher is that it is ™odd™™. I say it is odd because the plates keep turning sideways; they don™™t fit on the rack correctly. In addition, the controls are wonky. Sometimes, in order to get it to work I have to turn off the electric breaker. Wait five minutes and turn it back on. my previous dishwasher lasted me 18 years. I don™™t believe this one will last me three years I gave it three stars because at least the dishes come out clean.

Faulty upon delivery.Took over a week and multiple phone calls with tech support in order to get a technician scheduled to come take a look. Then took an additional week to actually get technician to show up, he shows up & says it™™s either a faulty board or motor & would have to order parts and return to fix dishwasher. So as of today 07/09/23, I do not have a working dishwasher. Oh & I purchased the unit on 06/20/23.

This dishwasher is awful! The first time it broke was about 2 months into owning it. The second time was about 2 months later, and the same exact problem as the first plus another. The top rack wheels can't withstand the heat of the cycle and the metal attachment legs come out and won't stay on after that. Also, the hook holding the top water propeller broke and I've got the thing zip-tied in place. The machine is super loud as well. Terrible buy!
